Alive with neon lights and the sounds of advertisement jingles, the city's heart beats steady and proud. If you want to buy it, it can be purchased here. Mostly respectable people dwell here, though many are visitors from further rings of Prosperity, and everyone accepts that THEY can never quite be made civil. The city center is plagued by a constant, inescapable rain and a cover of smog that makes it hard to tell what time it is.

Often called the Red Light Ring. A densely packed border between the city center and the first set of slums in Prosperity. Most well known for its horrendously high crime rates and notoriously corrupt police force. That said, the edges where the city proper blurs into sin and vice play home to some of the best food joints known to modern man. One can occasionally get lucky and snag freebies just before curfew sets in, so long as you're willing to risk being locked out of the city center come nightfall.
